The Prádelna Kyselý joint stock company is a successor to the Jan Kyselý company, which was founded in 1991 as the first private laundry service in the Czech Republic, and is a Czech-owned family business. We can thus draw from our rich experience on the Czech market and can also put to use the experience and know-how of our international partners.
At the present time we are one of the largest laundry services in the Czech Republic, and one of the most modern. The company continuously improves and modernizes the methods we use, implementing the latest innovations to improve the quality of our services. We have moved from 25 employees in 1991 to more than 100 core employees today.
Our headquarters are located in the Central Bohemian town of Vlašim on the banks of the Blanice River. The location, in the middle of Bohemia and in close proximity to the D1 motorway, is logistically advantageous and allows us to offer our services over a large territory. And our own distribution warehouse in Prague guarantees smooth delivery to our major Prague customers, and enables us to react flexibly to their wants and needs. It goes without saying that we are able to deliver linen, as needed, including on Sundays and holidays.
We use environmentally friendly procedures throughout the entire laundering process. Cutting-edge technologies and modern equipment allow us to be gentle not only on linens, but also on the environment. We care about the environment, and that’s why we pay attention to saving energy and releasing clean waste water. We always adhere to the strictest environmental standards.
We hold the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, for quality management and environmental protection. We were the first laundry facility in Central and Eastern Europe to be awarded the RABC EN 14065 certificate, for having a managed biocontamination control system during the entire process – from the retrieval of soiled linen, through the washing, ironing, transportation, storage and handling of clean linen.
The quality of the entire washing process and gentle laundry treatment is regularly tested by Hohenstein Laboratories.
